Billing practices change, and your firm may need to follow! Let's learn how to change the billing level of a Matter.
Open up the desired Matter via the Matters tab, and selecting edit from the drop-down. Click Access and Billing then click the QuickBooks Connected button.
Then click the "change" button and follow the prompt. You're now able to select billing level! Note this change may impact the client's organization in QuickBooks, so be sure to verify it's integrity.
